Current Comprehensive Plan
The Berkeley Lake 2024 Comprehensive Plan was created by the City in partnership with the Atlanta Regional Commission and officially adopted in 2024. This Code Update project is a key Work Program item identified in the plan. Recommendations from the plan will guide the code updates.
Diagnostic Report
