Previous Engagement Events
Public Kick-Off Meeting
Over 20 Berkeley Lake residents participated in our Public Kick-Off Meeting on October 26, 2024. If you missed the event, you can still participate!
You can take our survey and review the boards above. Once the survey closes in a few weeks, we’ll summarize the findings here so be sure to check back in for the results!
July 4th Parade Pop-Up
Over 80 residents participated in person or online!
Activity results showed support for holding future public conversations to discuss all the suggested topics, especially whether to strengthen landscaping and environmental standards.
There was also support for establishing baseline architectural standards for single-family development, but most participants favored standards that would stop the worst potential development without restricting the eclectic nature of the city’s housing stock.
A few topics also emerged that were not asked by the consultant team, including exploring whether to allow chickens and standards to address outdoor lighting around the lake.
Missed our Public Kick-off? No problem!
